Job Description – Customer Service Branch manager
Reports To: Head of Customer Experience
Job Overview: We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the company’s Customer Service branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to implementing strategies that increase efficiency and deliver an optimum customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the customer service team
• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
• Direct all operational aspects including operations and customer service
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Have full knowledge on company’s processes and products
• Meet customer service SLAs
• Track customer service standards are met
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions
• Share knowledge with staff on effective practices
• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
